As it is my second home I can say I love Cape Town, the people, the land, boogie boarding in the sea and the wonderful warm welcome of my aikido friends and the students in their dojo’s. The aikido community reminds me of how we used to be in Northern California in the ’80’s - we would all visit each others dojos and train together and then go our and eat and have drinks and chat about aikido and life.
