As a young martial art based on ancient Japanese tradition, the goal of
Aikido is to seek peace in the face of conflict.
Our training teaches us that peace is not a stagnant harmonious
situation but a dynamic ever changing challenge in which we are invited
to find our center and to move with integrity with ourselves and with
others.
